We're looking for a skilled Senior Full Stack Engineer to join our team and drive impactful solutions in how benefits are accessed and utilized worldwide.

About the Role
  • Design and Develop: Build scalable, maintainable, and high-performance backend systems that power critical workforce management products.
  • Drive Architecture & Design: Own architectural decisions and guide the full product lifecycle, from ideation to production.
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with product managers, designers, and other teams to gather customer feedback and refine the product roadmap.
  • Mentor & Lead: Support the growth of junior engineers by sharing your expertise and promoting engineering best practices across the team.

About You

  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in backend development with expertise in Python, Django, or similar technologies.
  • Technical Expertise: Strong grasp of computer science fundamentals, algorithms, and system design.
  • Product Focused: You care deeply about the end user, product design, and delivering an intuitive, polished experience.
  • Entrepreneurial Spirit: You thrive in a fast-paced, unstructured environment.

Compensation

The estimated annual salary for this role is between $135,000 - $236,250, depending on location. As a key member of our team, you'll receive a competitive package including benefits and equity opportunities.
