Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Surgical Technologist to join our team at CHI St Alexius Health Bismarck Medical Center. As a Surgical Technologist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our operating rooms.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare operating rooms and equipment for surgical procedures
  • Assist surgeons and anesthesiologists during procedures
  • Maintain a sterile environment and adhere to infection control protocols
  • Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure efficient and safe procedures
  • Float to cross-train on orthopedic cases and assist with 1:1 sitting duties as needed
Requirements
  • 3 years of experience as a Surgical Technologist
  • Proficiency in either orthopedic/neuro or general/robotics/gyn surgical procedures
  • Ability to work rotating 8-hour shifts, including weekends and holidays
  • Willingness to float to the floor as a 1:1 sitter and participate in call rotations
