Job Summary:

The Surgical Technologist will be responsible for preparing the operating room, maintaining a sterile environment, and assisting the surgical team during procedures. This is a travel position, and you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of patients and healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare the operating room and equipment for surgical procedures
  • Maintain a sterile environment and ensure proper infection control
  • Assist the surgical team during procedures, including passing instruments and supplies
  • Monitor the patient's vital signs and report any changes to the surgical team
  • Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure a smooth and efficient surgical process
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Surgical Technology or a related field
  • Current certification as a Surgical Technologist
  • Experience working in a surgical setting
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
