This position requires an active Substance Use Disorder Professional (SUDP) certification, a bachelor's degree or higher in human services or a related field, and at least two years of supervisory experience in a behavioral health field. Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills are essential for success in this role, as well as the ability to provide constructive feedback and support in a professional manner.
