Position Overview:
Creative Project Manager

Compensation:
The annual salary range for this role in California is between $104,000 and $130,000. The final compensation will be determined based on various job-related factors, including geographic location, relevant skills, experience, education, and market conditions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team and other stakeholders to establish project goals, scope, and creative needs.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets that align with marketing objectives.
  • Identify potential risks and challenges, proactively devising and communicating strategies to mitigate them.
  • Work with internal teams to prioritize projects, balancing business needs with available resources.
  • Effectively allocate and manage resources to meet project deadlines and milestones.
  • Coordinate with external vendors and freelancers as necessary.
  • Monitor project budgets and expenses to ensure cost-effectiveness.
  • Lead and inspire the creative team, including designers and copywriters.
  • Assign tasks, set priorities, and facilitate clear communication among team members.
  • Foster a creative and innovative environment that encourages team excellence.
  • Maintain high standards of creative quality and brand consistency across all projects.
  • Ensure deliverables meet project objectives and stakeholder expectations.
  • Act as the primary contact for project updates and status reports.
  • Communicate project progress, milestones, and potential issues to stakeholders.
  • Schedule and lead regular team meetings, including project briefs and creative reviews.
  • Prepare and present project summaries and evaluations.
  • Continuously assess and enhance project management processes and workflows.
  • Implement best practices to improve project efficiency and productivity.
  • Seek opportunities to innovate and streamline creative project management across the organization.
Qualifications:
  • 5-7 years of experience as a Project Manager or Producer in a creative agency or technology environment.
  • Experience in building and training teams on new processes and tools.
  • Strong problem-solving skills in a creative context.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment with a focus on solution-oriented approaches.
  • Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a proactive mindset.
  • Ability to self-manage while collaborating with other department leads.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to think strategically and break down tasks into actionable steps.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Education:
Bachelor's Degree
