Job Summary

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our aircraft, as well as providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Coordinate Flight Operations: Oversee the daily activities of our flight crew, ensuring compliance with company policies, FAA regulations, and industry standards.
  • Maintain Aircraft Scheduling and Maintenance: Coordinate with clients to develop scheduling procedures, ensure timely maintenance, and review crew and maintenance personnel training.
  • Manage Personnel and Training: Approve and schedule Personal Time Off (PTO) for flight crew members, conduct meetings to coordinate activities, and participate in the interview process for new hires.
  • Ensure Compliance and Safety: Maintain a current read and file of company memorandums, ensure timely submission of training records and medicals, and actively participate in the Safety Management System (SMS) implementation.
  • Develop and Manage Budgets: Assist in the development and management of budgets for flight operations, including expense accounts and personnel training.
Requirements
  • Qualifications: A minimum of 3000 hours of total flight time, with 1500 hours as a Pilot-in-Command (PIC) and 1500 hours as a Multi-Engine Land (MEL) pilot.
  • Certifications and Training: Hold a valid first-class medical certificate, and be able to complete ICAO International procedures training annually.
  • Leadership and Communication Skills: Possess exceptional leadership and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to coordinate activities, identify problems, and promote department goodwill.
  • Location: Must be located or willing to relocate within 2 hours of KFXE airport.
