Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Client Service Associate to join our team based out of our Walnut Creek, CA or El Cerrito, CA office. This critical role will drive the team culture of exceptional service, deliver exceptional support to clients, external partners, and internal advisors, and foster a collaborative problem-solving environment. The ideal candidate will possess a magnetic personality, high attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Exceptional Client Support: Serve as the welcoming face and steward of the office atmosphere, ensuring clients feel known, welcomed, served, and engaged in a professional and sophisticated manner.
  • Client Communication: Establish oneself as the main point of contact for designated clients, manage all communications, and serve as a backup for other team members when needed.
  • Advisor Support: Serve as the executive assistant and strategic partner for internal advisors, ensuring they are well-prepared and informed for client meetings and calls.
  • Team Collaboration: Drive a culture of excellence, work collaboratively with the team to achieve exceptional client service, and contribute to the growth and development of the team.
  • Leadership Opportunities: Serve as a backup for the Client Services Team Manager, develop and lead the CAST team to achieve exceptional client service, and foster a team culture of high engagement and growth.
Requirements
  • At least three years' experience in a client-facing and/or administrative role supporting C-suite executives and/or high-net-worth clients.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with high-profile clients and executives.
  • Four-year undergraduate bachelor's degree required.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, constantly changing team environment with at least five other team members and with a team of multiple support staff.
  • Experience/interest in the financial services industry a plus.
  • Experience/familiarity with Salesforce and Custodial Advisor Centers such as Schwab, LPL, Fidelity, and/or SEI a plus.
  • Superb proficiency and better-than-average acumen in Microsoft Suite.
