We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Full-Time Front Desk Agent to join our dynamic team at Renaissance Milwaukee West. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring seamless check-in and check-out processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide warm and welcoming service to guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues promptly and professionally.
  • Process guest arrivals and departures efficiently, ensuring accurate room assignments and billing.
  • Manage guest mail and messages, and respond to guest inquiries and requests in a timely manner.
  • Develop a thorough knowledge of hotel services, amenities, and promotions to effectively upsell and promote to guests.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a smooth and efficient front desk operation.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role, preferably in a full-service hotel.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy in handling cash and credit transactions.
