Job Summary

As a Quick Lube Technician, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while performing routine maintenance tasks, including oil changes, tire rotations, and visual vehicle inspections.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including oil changes, tire rotations, and visual vehicle inspections
  • Check all fluids and maintenance-related parts and top-off or replace fluids or filters/parts as required
  • Perform routine service inspections or tests and complete standard maintenance jobs
  • Maintain cleanliness of vehicles while performing service or repairs
  • Ensure that required documentation is complete and is in compliance with regulations and standards
  • Follow all shop policy, procedure, safety, and environmental rules
  • Help maintain shop appearance and safety standards and ensure the shop runs in an efficient manner by performing duties such as inventory stocking and other general functions
  • Use power tools, machine tools, and common hand tools to perform various tasks
  • Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
  • Quick Lube service experience preferred, but not required
  • Able to drive both automatic and standard-transmission vehicles
  • Must have a positive, friendly attitude with a proven record of achieving exceptional customer satisfaction
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to interact professionally with customers, vendors, and staff
  • Able to bend, kneel, squat, stand, and lift heavy objects as needed
  • Ability to learn new technology and all repair and service procedures and specifications
  • Able to operate electronic diagnostic equipment
  • Must exhibit personal and professional integrity
  • Unrestricted driver's license and clean driving record
