Responsibilities:
  • Greets patients at the reception desk and provides a warm and welcoming experience.
  • Administers patient consent and questionnaire forms, ensuring that all necessary information is collected.
  • Answers patient questions and provides clear and concise information about the diagnostic testing process.
  • Injects patients with contrast agents, if necessary, and ensures that all safety protocols are followed.
  • Programs information into the computer and performs daily quality assurance checks to ensure accurate and reliable results.
  • Fulfills all compliance responsibilities related to the position, including maintaining accurate records and adhering to regulatory requirements.
  • Performs other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
  • One year of experience in a related field, such as radiologic technology or medical imaging.
  • Associate's degree or equivalent in a related field.
  • ARRT certification in CT Scan technology.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 35 pounds and stand for long periods.
Working Conditions:
  • Significant manual skills and motor coordination required.
  • Exposure to dirt, odors, noise, and human waste.
  • Medium to heavy effort required.
