CT Scan Technologist

We are seeking a skilled CT Scan Technologist to join our team on a per diem basis. As a CT Scan Technologist, you will be responsible for performing diagnostic testing and operating CT Scan equipment to expedite an immediate diagnosis and deliver the best possible care to all patients.
Responsibilities:
- Greets patients at the reception desk and ensures a smooth and efficient experience.
- Administers patient consent and questionnaire forms, and answers any patient questions in a professional and courteous manner.
- Injects patients with contrast agents as indicated, and programs information into the computer system.
- Performs daily quality assurance checks to ensure the highest level of patient care.
- Fulfills all compliance responsibilities related to the position, and performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- One year of experience in a related field.
- American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification.
- High school graduate or equivalent.
Work Environment:
- Medium to heavy effort required, with the ability to exert up to 35 pounds of force.
- Some exposure to dirt, odors, noise, and human waste.
