Seattle, Washington, United States One Medical Full time

About Us

At One Medical, we're on a mission to transform healthcare by providing exceptional services to patients, employers, and health networks. As a leader in primary care solutions, we offer seamless in-office and 24/7 virtual care services, on-site labs, and programs for preventive care, chronic care management, common illnesses, and mental health concerns.

We've made significant strides in our journey, including joining forces with Amazon in February 2023. Together, we aim to deliver top-notch healthcare to more consumers, employers, care team members, and health networks, ultimately achieving better health outcomes.

We're committed to building a diverse, driven, and empathetic team that thrives in an environment where everyone can excel. We're currently seeking a full-time Licensed Clinical Psychologist to join our virtual behavioral health collaborative care program. This individual will play a vital role in changing the care delivery experience for both patients and providers.

The Opportunity

This role offers a unique chance to manage the assessment and treatment of psychiatric concerns, psychosocial issues, and health behavior change through brief psychotherapeutic interventions delivered virtually. You'll participate in rounds with a psychiatric consultant and care manager, conduct psychiatric evaluations to support short-term disability, provide education and consultation to behavioral health care managers and primary care providers, and collaborate with other Behavioral Health Providers across our national network to improve behavioral health skills company-wide.
