The Opportunity:

We're seeking a full-time Licensed Clinical Psychologist who's passionate about joining our virtual behavioral health collaborative care program and dedicated to changing the care delivery experience for both patients and providers.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage psychiatric evaluations and treatments, psychosocial issues, and health behavior changes through brief psychotherapeutic interventions delivered virtually

Participate in rounds with psychiatric consultants and care managers

Conduct psychiatric evaluations to support short-term disability and provide certification of short-term disability

Provide education and consultation to behavioral health care managers and primary care providers

Oversee referrals to specialty mental health services and support a smooth transition from specialty mental health services to primary care and back

Collaborate with other Behavioral Health Providers across our national network to improve behavioral health skills company-wide

Work closely with Virtual Medical Directors, Clinical Operations Team, and National Director of Virtual Behavioral Health Services

Education, licenses, and experiences required for this role:

Must be a licensed Clinical Psychologist (PhD, PsyD, or EdD in Psychology) with no current supervision requirements

Licensed to independently practice in Washington state

Must have at least one year of post-licensure experience in adult outpatient diagnostic evaluation and psychotherapy

Experience providing a range of brief, goal-directed, and focused clinical services

Exceptional multitasking capacity, flexibility, and comfort with ambiguity

Strong communication and teaching skills

Willingness to work 40 hours per week, including 80% direct patient care and 20% administrative time

Eligible to be credentialed with our Health System Partner

Fluency in English; strong preference for fluency in Chinese or Spanish

Reside within the USA or US Territories

Virtual psychotherapy experience (preferred)
