The Opportunity

We are currently seeking a full-time Licensed Clinical Psychologist to join our virtual behavioral health collaborative care program. The ideal candidate is committed to changing the care delivery experience for both patients and providers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the assessment and treatment of psychiatric concerns, psychosocial issues, and health behavior change through brief psychotherapeutic interventions delivered virtually.
  • Participate in rounds with psychiatric consultant and care manager.
  • Conduct psychiatric evaluations to support short-term disability and provide certification of short-term disability.
  • Provide education and consultation to behavioral health care managers and primary care providers.
  • Oversee referrals to specialty mental health services and support a smooth transition from specialty mental health services to primary care and back.
  • Collaborate with other Behavioral Health Providers across our national network to improve behavioral health skills company-wide.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A PhD, PsyD, or EdD in Psychology.
  • An active license to independently practice with no current supervision requirements.
  • Experience providing a range of brief, goal-directed, and focused clinical services.
  • Strong communication and teaching skills.
  • The ability to multitask, work flexibly, and adapt to ambiguity.
  • Fluency in English.
  • A willingness to work 40 hours per week, including 80% direct patient care and 20% administrative time.

Preferred Qualifications

We prefer candidates with experience working in telehealth, familiarity with cognitive-behavioral therapies (ACT, BT, CBT, DBT), and proficiency in measurement-based care.

Salary Range

The base salary range for this role is $124,000 to $141,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
