  • Excellent Communication Skills, Both Written and Oral
  • Strong Computer Skills
  • Ability to Influence Peers, Superiors, and Indirect Reports Across All Levels in a Matrix Organization
  • Ability to Lead Teams, Including Hiring, Talent Management, Team Accountability, and Growth of Direct Reports
  • Strong Leadership and In-Depth Knowledge of Standard Operating Procedures and Policies Relative to Clinical Experiences
