Phlebotomist III Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Phlebotomist III to join our team at Innova Solutions. As a Phlebotomist III, you will be responsible for collecting blood samples from patients and processing them for laboratory testing.
Responsibilities:- Collect blood samples from patients using various techniques and equipment.
- Process blood samples for laboratory testing, including centrifugation, labeling, and storage.
- Ensure accurate and efficient processing of blood samples, minimizing errors and delays.
- Communicate effectively with patients, healthcare providers, and laboratory staff to ensure smooth sample collection and processing.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to strict safety and quality standards.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience as a Phlebotomist or in a related medical laboratory role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with laboratory information systems.
- Competitive hourly rate: $25.00-$27.05.
