Job Title: Licensed Behavior Specialist

Job Summary:

Potential Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Licensed Behavior Specialist to join our team. As a Licensed Behavior Specialist, you will be responsible for supervising client cases, implementing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services, and providing support to clinicians working with clients across various settings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and oversee treatment programs, including behavior and skill acquisition programs.
  • Train and supervise staff in the implementation of programs and skill acquisition.
  • Conduct assessments, including functional analysis.
  • Observe clients and staff across settings.
  • Participate in professional development activities, including supervising Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and maintaining licensure.
  • Conduct new client intakes and collaborate with families and other providers.
  • Promote a culture of open communication and collaboration.
  • Share accountability for operations and delivery of quality programs and services.

Requirements:

  • Active Behavior Specialist License (LBS)
  • Availability to work Monday through Friday, 8:30 am to 4:30 pm, with a minimum of two evenings per week.
  • Commutable across Northeast Philadelphia (zip codes 19111, 19114, 19115, 19116, 19154).
  • Comfortable working with clients of various ages across settings.
