Job Title: Behavioral Specialist Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled Behavioral Specialist Consultant to join our team at Mitchell Martin. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing clinical direction and oversight of services to individuals, including the implementation of individualized treatment plans.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide clinical direction and oversight of services to individuals, including the implementation of individualized treatment plans.
  • Collect relevant data through direct and indirect evidenced-based methods, develop effective interventions, and provide consultation to the treatment team.
  • Work in an effective manner to meet our mission of providing quality services by maintaining a professional demeanor, demonstrating positive interpersonal skills, and consistently displaying a positive attitude.
  • Be knowledgeable of your job description, understand the expectations of your job, and treat everyone with respect recognizing individual and cultural differences.
  • Participate in individual supervision, team meetings, and department meetings, provide timely feedback, and ensure your knowledge of agency and program policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Licensed in PA as a Behavior Specialist or certified as a BCBA or other graduate-level certification in behavior analysis.
  • Graduate degree in ABA for an accredited college or university or PA License LPC, LSW, LCSW, LMFT, Licensed psychologist with minimum of 8 hours verified training in behavior analysis/modification.
  • At least 12 verified credit hours in foundations of behavioral health and the provision of mental health services.
  • Good and able to use an electronic health record, strong communication and organizational skills.
