Job Title: Behavioral Specialist

ATC Philadelphia is seeking a highly skilled Behavioral Specialist to join our team. As a Behavioral Specialist, you will play a critical role in providing mental health services to children and adolescents in Philadelphia, PA.

Job Summary

The Behavioral Specialist will provide individualized treatment plans to clients, focusing on building functional and pro-social skills. You will work collaboratively with other team members, including Behavioral Health Technicians, teachers, and parents, to ensure the effective implementation of treatment plans.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for clients
  • Provide mental health services to children and adolescents in various settings, including schools and homes
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure the effective implementation of treatment plans
  • Monitor client progress and make adjustments to treatment plans as needed
  • Meet productivity billing requirements
Requirements
  • Master's degree in a related field, such as psychology, social work, or education
  • Experience working with children and adolescents in a mental health setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Physical ability to ascend and descend flights of stairs and to negotiate curbs
Work Environment

The Behavioral Specialist will work in a variety of settings, including schools and homes. Travel to other Agency sites and outside meetings may be required.
