About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Heavy Equipment Technician to join our team at the BNSF Alliance, TX Rail Terminal. As a key member of our maintenance crew, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing hostler fleet, forklifts, and company vehicles.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this role is between $44,320 and $49,920, depending on experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes healthcare, free dental, cheap vision benefits, life insurance, paid holidays, paid personal days, boot reimbursement, 401K, vacation pay, weekly pay, travel opportunities, and a boot allowance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and repair hostler fleet, forklifts, and company vehicles
  • Maintain Hostler Fleet
  • Perform welding and fabrication tasks
  • Work on electrical components
  • Routine maintenance
  • Assist in other areas as needed by managers
Requirements
  • Verifiable mechanical experience
  • Candidates must undergo a background check
  • Pass a physical strength test
  • Drug screening (marijuana is strictly prohibited)
