Job Title: Mobile Crisis Director

Integrated Family Services, PLLC is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mobile Crisis Director to lead our Mobile Crisis Program. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the crisis program, including the call center, access coordinators, mobile crisis response teams, community liaison, training, and special projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide strategic direction and oversight for the Mobile Crisis Team.
  • Supervise Mobile Crisis Supervisors and Call Center Supervisors.
  • Ensure staff are adequately trained and equipped to handle crisis situations.
  • Develop and implement policies, procedures, and protocols to enhance crisis response services.
  • Collaborate with law enforcement, emergency services, healthcare providers, and community partners.
  • Manage program budgets and monitor key performance indicator outcomes.
  • Prepare regular reports on program performance and outcomes.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in a human service field or equivalent experience.
  • Full, unrestricted license as a clinical social worker (LCSW) or clinical mental health counselor (LCMHC) or psychiatric nurse or psychiatric nurse practitioner in the state of North Carolina.
  • Three years of experience in providing crisis management services in assertive outreach, assertive community treatment, emergency department, or other services providing 24/7 response in emergent or urgent situations.
  • Twenty hours of training in appropriate crisis intervention strategies within the first 90 days of employment.
  • Minimum of four years supervisory/leadership experience in a human service-related field.
