Head of Client Service Operations

LBMC Staffing Solutions, LLC is seeking a talented individual to join our team as the Head of Client Service Operations. This leadership role is crucial in overseeing our payroll and human resources outsourcing teams, ensuring exceptional client satisfaction and retention in the HR outsourcing sector. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in HR and payroll services, complemented by strategic thinking and outstanding leadership capabilities.
This position encompasses the following responsibilities:
Team Leadership and Development:
- Direct and inspire the payroll and human resources teams, cultivating a culture of excellence and ongoing enhancement.
- Offer mentorship and professional growth opportunities for team members.
Client Relationship Management:
- Formulate and execute strategies to boost client engagement and satisfaction.
- Build and sustain strong relationships with key clients, serving as the primary contact for escalations and significant inquiries. Evaluate client feedback and market trends to refine service offerings continuously.
Service Excellence:
- Guarantee the prompt and precise delivery of payroll and HR services to clients.
- Supervise the adoption of best practices and standardized procedures across teams.
- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to uphold service quality.
Strategic Vision and Implementation:
- Collaborate with senior management to shape and implement the strategic vision for client services.
- Identify avenues for innovation and efficiency enhancements in service delivery.
Project Leadership:
- Lead and engage in initiatives aimed at advancing client service delivery.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure effective project execution.
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience in HR outsourcing, payroll, or related domains.
