Premise Health is seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of Director of Client Operations. This position will be responsible for managing client relationships, overseeing site-level operations, and driving strategic initiatives to improve performance and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Client Relationship Management
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.
- Identify and address client concerns in a timely and effective manner.
- Site-Level Operations
- Oversee the management of up to 15 health centers with multiple lines of service.
- Manage a portfolio of $2M - $10M in Gross Annual Revenue.
- Manage (direct and indirect) up to FTEs.
- Strategic Initiatives
- Develop and implement strategic plans to improve client satisfaction and site-level performance.
- Collaborate with corporate departments to identify and address client needs.
- Own client/site meetings, committees, and task forces to support strategic initiatives and goals.
- Leadership and Development
- Provide effective leadership, coaching, and mentoring at the site level.
- Build talent to proactively manage additional lines of service.
- Business Acumen
- Demonstrate strong business acumen and knowledge of staffing, capacity, ROI, budget, margins, service and product offerings.
- Implement and drive strategic and relevant operational outcomes.
- Communication and Collaboration
- Coordinate and productively facilitate communication across virtual sites.
- Navigate through multilayer client relationships (vendors, consultants, etc).
- Problem-Solving and Adaptability
- Identify and solve complex problems effectively.
- Demonstrate adaptability and ability to manage change.
- Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred or equivalent experience.
- 7+ years' experience in a business environment or related industry, managing others.
- Experience working as a licensed healthcare professional preferred.
- Experience managing virtual teams.
- Strong Business Acumen
- Strong Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook skills required.
- Strong written, verbal and presentation skills required.

- Excellent demonstrated follow up skills & attention to detail.

- Demonstrated experience with medical information management systems.
