Job Summary

Premise Health is seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of Director of Client Operations. This position will be responsible for managing client relationships, overseeing site-level operations, and driving strategic initiatives to improve performance and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Relationship Management
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.
    • Identify and address client concerns in a timely and effective manner.
  • Site-Level Operations
    • Oversee the management of up to 15 health centers with multiple lines of service.
    • Manage a portfolio of $2M - $10M in Gross Annual Revenue.
    • Manage (direct and indirect) up to FTEs.
  • Strategic Initiatives
    • Develop and implement strategic plans to improve client satisfaction and site-level performance.
    • Collaborate with corporate departments to identify and address client needs.
    • Own client/site meetings, committees, and task forces to support strategic initiatives and goals.
  • Leadership and Development
    • Provide effective leadership, coaching, and mentoring at the site level.
    • Build talent to proactively manage additional lines of service.
  • Business Acumen
    • Demonstrate strong business acumen and knowledge of staffing, capacity, ROI, budget, margins, service and product offerings.
    • Implement and drive strategic and relevant operational outcomes.
  • Communication and Collaboration
    • Coordinate and productively facilitate communication across virtual sites.
    • Navigate through multilayer client relationships (vendors, consultants, etc).
  • Problem-Solving and Adaptability
    • Identify and solve complex problems effectively.
    • Demonstrate adaptability and ability to manage change.
  • Education and Experience
    • Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred or equivalent experience.
    • 7+ years' experience in a business environment or related industry, managing others.
    • Experience working as a licensed healthcare professional preferred.
    • Experience managing virtual teams.
