  • Master and implement all phases of the talent acquisition and recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, understanding recruitment needs, sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, conducting interviews, discussing compensation, gathering feedback, negotiating offers, initiating onboarding, and coordinating the first day.
  • Identify and recruit top-tier talent, developing a strong talent pipeline through various strategies such as proactive outreach, online databases, job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals.
  • Immerse yourself within the organization to gain a comprehensive understanding of each role, its responsibilities, and how positions collaborate across functions, ensuring optimal alignment with company needs.

  • As the subject matter expert in recruitment and talent acquisition, identify and report trends affecting our competitiveness in the marketplace and industry.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
  • A minimum of 3 years of recruitment experience.
  • Preferred 1 year of experience as a business partner.
  • Demonstrated ability to proactively identify, analyze, and resolve recruitment challenges.
  • Skilled in crafting innovative solutions to attract and retain top talent.
  • Strong negotiation skills, capable of securing competitive offers and favorable terms for candidates and the organization.
