Job Summary:

ThinkTank Telecom, LLC is seeking a results-driven Direct Market Manager to spearhead our expansion efforts in Kentucky - Covington. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing inventory, and leading a team of enrollment specialists.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to enroll new Lifeline and ACP customers, exceeding sales targets.
  • Manage a team of enrollment specialists, providing guidance, coaching, and training to ensure their success.
  • Identify and secure optimal partner locations within Kentucky - Covington to maximize service outreach and customer accessibility.
  • Ensure efficient inventory management, equipping enrollment specialists for successful subscriber engagements.
  • Recruit, attract, and onboard qualified candidates for enrollment specialist positions.
  • Conduct in-depth training for specialists, emphasizing product knowledge, enrollment processes, and compliance standards.
  • Uphold strict adherence to FCC and USAC regulations, maintaining operational integrity.
  • Implement quality control measures to guarantee the accuracy and efficiency of the enrollment process.
  • Evaluate and enhance the performance of enrollment specialists through constructive feedback and coaching.
  • Execute thorough audits and manage detailed reporting for transparent documentation of enrollment outcomes.
  • Cultivate a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
  • Manage all logistical components of the enrollment process effectively.

Requirements:

  • Experience in management or supervisory roles, preferably in direct sales or marketing.
  • Effective leadership, recruitment, and training skills.
  • Familiarity with telecommunications industry standards and regulations.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
