Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets in assigned territory.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions that meet their requirements.
- Provide technical support and training to customers on Chemetall products and services.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales plans and customer service.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Engineering, or Business.
- Minimum of 2 years of B2B sales experience, with prior chemical sales experience preferred.
- Strong understanding of sales principles, customer relationship management, and technical sales.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to travel up to 50-75% of the time.
