Sales Specialist Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Sales Specialist to join our team at Acosta Group. As a Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for showcasing our client's amazing audio products and providing an unforgettable customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as a dedicated brand influencer and introduce our client's home theater sound technology to customers
  • Execute sales strategies to meet program operations plan, mission, and KPI critical success factors
  • Build relationships with store managers and associates to create a positive impact and increase sales in assigned stores
  • Engage customers through dazzling product demonstrations to identify home audio products that fit their individual needs
  • Assist and train store personnel to communicate Sonos information with confidence
  • Display Sonos products in a way that showcases their features and benefits
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and ensure a positive shopping experience
Requirements:
  • Previous sales experience required; consumer electronics experience is a plus
  • Strong sales aptitude and a high degree of initiative
  • Excellent interpersonal communication and relationship building skills
  • Ability to present product information confidently to individuals and groups
  • Reliable ride and ability to commute to assigned Best Buy location
  • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods of time during shifts and lift items up to 30lbs without assistance
  • Tech-ready with access to a personal smartphone with high-speed internet
What We Offer:
  • Competitive wage range: $18.00 to $20.00 per hour commensurate with experience
  • Seasonal weekend warrior schedule: 12 hours per week; Friday evenings, Saturdays, & Sundays - 12pm-4pm
  • Sales bonuses: up to 20% bonus for hitting targets
  • Retention bonus for program completion
  • W2 employment with biweekly pay and direct deposit
  • Paid training to master Sonos products
