Senior Property Manager

At Specialty Consultants Inc., we are seeking a seasoned Senior Property Manager to lead our commercial and industrial properties team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial management, operational oversight, and maintenance of our properties.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in property management, with experience in budgeting, financial analysis, and tenant improvement projects. You will work closely with our Operations and Maintenance Team to ensure the smooth operation of our properties and provide exceptional service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Management: Manage financial objectives, including budgeting and variance analysis, to ensure the optimal performance of our properties.
- Operational Oversight: Oversee operations, maintenance, and contracted services to ensure the highest standards of property maintenance.
- Tenant Relations: Resolve client/tenant/owner complaints and proactively address potential issues to maintain a positive relationship with our clients.
- Contract Management: Negotiate and authorize contracts within established policies to ensure the best value for our company.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare detailed reports and provide operational oversight for managers and contractors to ensure the effective management of our properties.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
- 2-5 years of property or facility management experience.
- Strong multitasking and pressure-handling skills.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational abilities.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite; knowledge of MRI is a plus.
