Job Title: Financial Service Associate

Five County Credit Union is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Financial Service Associate to join our team. As a Financial Service Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional member service, processing transactions, and assisting with account openings and closings.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist members with account requests, resolutions, and inquiries
  • Process transactions and new account services
  • Cross-sell products and services to contribute to the financial well-being of members
  • Prepare and open new consumer accounts, identify and collect required documents, and onboard new members
  • Process account applications, perform verifications, and open and close sub-accounts
  • Assist with balancing, posting, troubleshooting, and auditing of ATMs, ITMs, and cash recyclers
  • Maintain knowledge of payroll processes for direct deposit and payroll deductions
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Basic math and computer skills necessary
  • Reliable transportation and attendance required
  • Positive, friendly, professional attitude and appearance
  • People-oriented, helpful, and open to new ideas and change
Work Environment:

The work environment is an office setting with a moderate noise level. Temperatures may fluctuate, and work areas may be busy with multiple member transactions.
