Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Financial Service Associate to join our team at Five County Credit Union. As a Financial Service Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional member service, processing transactions, and assisting with account openings and closings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist members with various account requests, resolutions, and inquiries
  • Process transactions and new account services in a timely and accurate manner
  • Identify and successfully cross-sell products and services that contribute to the financial well-being of members
  • Prepare and open new consumer accounts, collect required documents, and onboard new members
  • Process account applications, perform verifications, and open sub-accounts
  • Assist with balancing, posting, troubleshooting, and auditing of ATMs, ITMs, and cash recyclers
  • Maintain knowledge of payroll processes, direct deposit, and payroll deductions
  • Refer non-standard transactions or issues to the supervisor for assistance

  • Positive, friendly, and professional attitude and appearance
  • People-oriented, helpful, and open to new ideas and change
  • Reliable transportation and attendance
  • Basic math and computer skills
Working Conditions

The work environment is an office setting with a moderate noise level. The employee may not be able to easily leave the work area unless for a scheduled break.
