Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Financial Service Associate to join our team at Five County Credit Union. As a Financial Service Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional member service, processing transactions, and assisting with account openings and closings. Key Responsibilities

* Assist members with a variety of account requests, resolutions, and inquiries
* Process transactions and maintain accurate records
* Open and close new consumer accounts, including certificates, money markets, and SHIP accounts
* Explain account features and benefits to members
* Assist with balancing, posting, and troubleshooting of ATMs, ITMs, and cash recyclers
* Maintain knowledge of payroll process for direct deposit and payroll deductions
* Refer non-standard transactions or issues to supervisor for assistance

Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent required
* Basic math and computer skills necessary
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Reliable transportation and attendance required
