Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and assist in boat operations, navigation, and maintenance.
- Ensure safe and efficient boat operations, including docking and undocking.
- Provide shipboard support, including knowledge of launching and recovering small boats.
- Assist in other non-small boat operations, including general automotive mechanic tasks and logistics.
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- U.S. Citizenship required.
- Possess a valid state driver's license and Commercial Driver License (CDL) is a plus.
- Must be able to obtain TWIC and DBIDS badges.
- Good oral and written communication skills.
- Minimum of 1 year general mechanical and/or boat operations experience.
- Experience with driving pickup trucks with trailers on the road and in enclosed or limited spaces.
Working Conditions:
- Full-Time Position with excellent benefit packages available.
- Accurate Marine Environmental, LLC. is a 24/7 Oil Spill Response Organization, requiring flexibility in hours and schedule.
- Small boat operators can expect to work in various conditions, including wind, rain, snow, and hot/cold temperatures.
Compensation: $40,000 - $70,000 annually
