At Venture Dynamics Enterprises, Inc., we are seeking a skilled Maritime Coating Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our crew, you will be responsible for preparing ship surfaces for renovation and maintenance projects by utilizing various blasting techniques. The ideal candidate should have experience in maritime painting work and be knowledgeable about different blasting techniques and equipment.

• Maintain and operate blasting equipment in a safe and efficient manner
• Utilize blasting equipment to remove old paint, rust, dirt, or other debris from surfaces
• Must have three (3) or more years experience in applying marine coating of epoxy, high solid epoxy, and non-epoxy paints
• Must have experience working in a physically demanding environment, confined spaces, working at heights, and use of half-face and full-face respiratory equipment

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare ship surfaces for renovation and maintenance projects
Utilize various blasting techniques to remove old paint, rust, dirt, or other debris from surfaces
Maintain and operate blasting equipment in a safe and efficient manner

Requirements:

Three (3) or more years experience in applying marine coating of epoxy, high solid epoxy, and non-epoxy paints
