Job Title: Account Coordinator

Marsh & McLennan Companies is seeking a highly skilled Account Coordinator to join our team in Austin, Texas. As an Account Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting our client-facing colleagues by submitting invoice requests to our Centralized Invoicing Unit.

What You'll Do:
  • Work directly with our client support team to provide timely and accurate invoice requests
  • Utilize proprietary billing systems to ensure timely and accurate invoice requests
  • Meet individual productivity, accuracy, and timeliness metrics
  • Collaborate on process improvement strategies and participate in meetings and engagement activities
  • Remain current by understanding and following all Marsh compliance, professional, and transparency standards
What We're Looking For:
  • 1+ years' experience in a professional services environment
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with remote client teams
  • Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines, ensuring excellent service to our clients
  • Attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and timeliness
  • Ability and aptitude to conduct research and provide solutions
