Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team as an Assistant General Manager. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading and directing a specific area of the business, driving sales and revenue growth, and delivering an exceptional guest experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management
    • Lead and motivate a team of employees to achieve business objectives and deliver exceptional guest service.
    • Develop and implement strategies to improve employee engagement, retention, and performance.
    • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching and development opportunities to employees.
  • Financial Management
    • Manage and control departmental budgets, including labor, inventory, and operating expenses.
    • Analyze financial reports and develop action plans to drive sales and revenue growth.
    • Implement cost-saving initiatives and optimize financial performance.
  • Guest Experience
    • Deliver an exceptional guest experience through the best combination of food, drinks, and games in an ideal environment for celebrating all-out fun.
    • Maintain a safe and secure environment for all guests and staff.
    • Continuously improve operational execution through attention to detail and adherence to company operating standards and philosophies.
  • Strategic Planning
    • Develop and implement business plans to drive sales and revenue growth.
    • Identify and capitalize on business opportunities in the market area.
    • Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement company-wide initiatives.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience as a restaurant manager.
  • Brand Ambassador and Culture Champion.
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve expected store financial results in areas of responsibility.
  • Ability to enthusiastically interact with others.
  • Adaptability, flexibility, and general enthusiasm for the business.
  • Excellent pace and energy, self-motivated.
  • Strong communication skills; ability to write and verbally communicate in a clear and concise manner.
  • Ability to establish working relationships with all employees, management, and vendors.
  • Ability to maintain and project professionalism, internally and externally, at all times.
  • Can create and communicate a vision for the store.
  • Exercises good judgment in decision making.
  • Flexible in approach; can readily adapt to business and team needs and changes.
  • Excellent teaching and coaching skills.
  • Holds self-accountable for high personal standards of conduct and professionalism.
  • Respect for individuals (guest, vendors, and employees).

Working Environment
  • Non-typical restaurant environment. We have great food, millions of dollars' worth of games, host the best Special Events, and have thousands of people coming to have FUN.
  • Dress to impress, we are business casual but with a tie.
  • Our business is nights, weekends, and holidays, and our Managers know that is our niche.
Physical Demands
  • Work days, nights, and/or weekends as required.
  • Work in noisy, fast-paced environment with distracting conditions.
  • Move about facility and stand for long periods of time.
  • Read and write handwritten notes.
  • Lift and carry up to 30 pounds.
  • Must have regular and predictable attendance.
Salary Range

$66,051 - $77,707
