COMPENSATION
The hourly wage is set at $40.40.
Compensation is influenced by various factors, including labor market conditions, educational background, work experience, and certifications.

ABOUT CULINARY OPERATIONS

The Culinary Operations team guarantees a consistent experience for our guests by maintaining product freshness, stock availability, and accurate pricing on the sales floor.

They are specialists in operations, processes, and efficiency.

This team oversees food and beverage services, including replenishment, inventory accuracy, food safety, presentation, pricing accuracy, and promotional signage for all culinary areas of the store.

As a Culinary Operations Supervisor, your daily responsibilities may include:

  • Understanding sales objectives and planning daily/weekly tasks to meet department and store sales targets and enhance guest engagement, including merchandising, pricing, transitions, revisions, sampling, and promotions.
  • Ensuring a fresh, fully stocked, and food-safe environment during all operating hours by utilizing effective inventory management, area routines, and food safety protocols.
  • Evaluating backroom and sales floor areas for Culinary Operations; conducting assessments to identify priorities and create business plans and assignment sheets; analyzing reports to identify business trends for follow-up.
  • Ensuring compliance with all food safety standards and cleaning protocols.
  • Monitoring and following up on team members' progress against Daily Assignment Sheets, production routines, and best practices.
  • Working a schedule that aligns with guest and business needs, including early mornings, evenings, overnight shifts, and weekends.
  • Building relationships with direct-to-store delivery (DSD) vendors to ensure brand standards for delivery and merchandising are upheld and areas are well-stocked and maintained.
  • Leading the team to uphold and maintain all brand standards and fostering productive relationships with relevant managers.
  • Demonstrating a service-oriented culture that prioritizes the guest experience. Modeling, training, and coaching expectations to meet service standards.
  • Supporting your Executive Team Leader in fostering a safety-first culture by understanding the impact of safety on your role and that of your team, identifying and correcting hazards, and holding team members accountable for safe practices.
