Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess customer needs and compatibility with our offerings, gaining insights into their preferences and challenges.
  • Follow up with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and identify any additional needs.
  • Exceed sales targets by building strong relationships with prospects and delivering exceptional service.
  • Maintain open communication with the team and management to facilitate a seamless sales process.
  • Effectively prioritize tasks and manage time to optimize outreach and lead generation efforts.

Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of experience in sales, customer service, retail, or similar roles.
  • Ability to handle rejection gracefully while maintaining a positive outlook.
  • Familiarity with sales techniques such as problem-solving, negotiation, and overcoming objections.
  • Willingness to adapt to changing environments and work independently.
  • Ability to build rapport and foster genuine relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Commitment to daily office attendance.
  • Resilience to persist positively in the face of challenges.
