We are currently on the lookout for an energetic individual to become a part of the Movado Company Store team as a Full-time Keyholder.

In this pivotal role within the store management team, you will be responsible for driving sales, overseeing store operations, and supporting staff in achieving and surpassing their targets. Your contributions will include assisting sales associates in delivering exceptional customer service to foster sales growth, managing inventory, and undertaking various tasks as required.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Meet or exceed personal sales targets as set by the Store Manager and develop a comprehensive understanding of the product range.
  • Open and close the store efficiently.
  • Support the Store Manager:
  • Achieve financial goals for the store.
  • Coach and mentor store personnel to help them reach their individual sales targets.
  • Recruit, onboard, train, and guide store employees to ensure optimal performance.
  • Ensure compliance with corporate policies regarding CRM data capture, inventory management, revenue oversight, merchandising, and loss prevention.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service and ensure all team members uphold the same standard.
  • Maintain the store's stability, security, and reputation by adhering to corporate, legal, and security protocols.
  • Keep a tidy, organized, and professional working environment.
  • Monitor and maintain merchandise to ensure cleanliness, accurate pricing, and proper display.
  • Service watches, including sizing and battery replacements as necessary.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess strong sales abilities and a minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management. Experience in watch, jewelry, fashion, accessories, cosmetics, specialty, or luxury retail is highly preferred.

Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills are essential. Candidates must be organized, detail-oriented, and possess intermediate computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office (Word/Excel).

Flexibility in scheduling is required to meet the business's needs, including availability on weekends and evenings.
