Position Summary:

The Key Carrier Coordinator role serves as a vital extension of the Coordinator position. In this capacity, Key Carriers primarily fulfill Coordinator responsibilities while occasionally stepping into a leadership role to oversee store operations. This position requires flexible availability, including evenings and weekends, and exemplifies outstanding customer service.

  • Delivers an exceptional experience for both internal and external customers.
  • Fosters a culture of transparency and integrity while maintaining confidentiality.
  • Acts as the Manager on Duty, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
  • Guides the store team in executing tasks in alignment with operational plans, adjusting priorities as necessary.
  • Addresses immediate customer service concerns and provides constructive coaching to team members.
  • Utilizes discretion in customer service policies to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Maintains appropriate Associate coverage in service areas to ensure a positive shopping experience.
  • Ensures compliance with all operational procedures by Associates.
  • Oversees the execution of opening and closing procedures in line with company standards.
  • Communicates effectively with management and Associates regarding priorities and progress updates.
  • Encourages recognition and constructive feedback among team members.
  • Collaborates with management to identify Associate training needs for improved performance.
  • Ensures compliance with all labor laws, policies, and procedures.
  • Promotes participation in credit and loyalty initiatives.
  • Supports shrink reduction efforts and programs.
  • Advocates for safety awareness and maintains a secure work environment.
  • Performs additional duties as assigned.

Candidate Profile:

  • Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
  • Team-oriented, collaborating effectively with peers and supervisors.
  • Ability to adapt to changing directions and unexpected challenges.
  • Familiarity with company software, systems, and procedures.
  • Understanding of merchandise flow within retail environments.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving abilities.
  • Capable of coaching, delegating, and following up on various tasks.
  • Able to respond swiftly in challenging situations.
  • Skilled in multitasking.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Minimum of 1 year of retail experience, with at least 6 months in a leadership role.

Compensation:
