The following general overview pertains to all Assistant Manager roles.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage all operational equipment.
  • Organize and store ingredients from the delivery area to storage and preparation zones.
  • Prepare food products efficiently.
  • Handle and process customer orders via telephone.
  • Conduct inventory checks and complete related documentation.
  • Maintain cleanliness of equipment and the facility on a daily basis.
Training - Comprehensive orientation and on-the-job training will be provided.

Communication Skills - Ability to understand and provide accurate written instructions. Proficient in verbal communication with customers and colleagues to process orders effectively, both over the phone and in person using our computer system.

Essential Skills - Competence in basic arithmetic operations (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division) with speed and accuracy (calculator may be used). Must be capable of providing correct monetary change. Strong verbal, written, and telephone skills for order processing. Excellent hand-eye coordination for quick and precise movements. Proficient in entering orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
