Key Responsibilities

  • As a UX Content Strategist, you will champion the user experience, utilizing language to craft engaging product narratives that clearly communicate value and facilitate user tasks.
  • Oversee the entire content creation process, from initial research to final copy, ensuring that all content aligns with brand standards.
  • Employ analytical skills to identify content gaps and opportunities, fostering discussions that enhance clarity and understanding within the team.

In This Position, You Will:

  • Curate and uphold the brand narrative, ensuring consistency across all digital platforms.
  • Lead the content strategy throughout the product development lifecycle, identifying opportunities to enhance user experience through effective text.
  • Create clear and impactful copy for various elements, including headlines, feature descriptions, and instructional text.
  • Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers, product managers, and developers to ensure content complements visual design and functionality.
  • Engage in user research to gain insights into target audience needs, applying findings to craft effective copy.
  • Edit and refine content based on stakeholder feedback and user testing outcomes.
  • Ensure all written material meets quality standards and is free from errors.
  • Utilize SEO principles to optimize content effectiveness and improve search visibility.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in UX writing or related fields.
  • Proven ability to simplify and enhance user experiences through effective content.
  • Strong understanding of UX principles and their impact on user experience.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills, demonstrated through a robust portfolio.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting, effectively communicating and providing feedback.
  • Experience in leading content strategy for large-scale projects.
  • Familiarity with SEO best practices and content management systems.
  • Knowledge of accessibility standards and guidelines.
  • Experience in agile product delivery environments.
