Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Manager to oversee the installation and maintenance of our wireless and fiber optic networks. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, with experience in supervising teams and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and train a team of fiber splicers and engineers to ensure the successful completion of projects.
  • Oversee the installation and maintenance of wireless and fiber optic networks, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure projects are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate potential project risks.
  • Develop and implement quality control processes to ensure high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in construction management, with a focus on wireless and fiber optic networks.
  • Proven track record of successfully supervising teams and managing projects.
  • Strong knowledge of industry standards and regulations, including OSHA and FCC guidelines.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
