The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring optimal patient outcomes and providing clinical patient care in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

As a key member of the healthcare team, the RN Clinical Staff Leader will assist in reviewing staffing based on patient acuity and needs, assess nursing service requirements relative to patient needs, and recommend corrective actions when necessary.

  • Provide exceptional patient care and promote a culture of excellence within the unit
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Develop and implement effective nursing strategies to improve patient outcomes
  • Maintain accurate records and reports as required by regulatory bodies
Requirements

To be successful in this role, applicants must possess:

  • A minimum of two (2) years related work experience as a Registered Nurse
  • A currently licensed Registered Nurse in the state of employment or holds a multistate RN license through the interstate Nurse Licensure Compact
  • AHA BLS certification prior to end of orientation period
  • ACLS required
