Key Responsibilities:
  • Efficiently set up and operate drill, finishing, and auto-saw machinery while adhering to safety protocols.
  • Ensure thorough deburring to eliminate any burrs and nylon residue from products.
  • Accurately measure and adjust angle cuts as needed.
  • Identify and implement the appropriate blade kerf for various jobs to enhance cut quality and minimize chip load.
  • Conduct inspections to ensure product quality meets customer specifications.
  • Recognize patterns in finishes and adjust machine setups to eliminate inconsistencies.
  • Perform routine machine maintenance, including changing saw blades and deburring brushes.
  • Propose and implement process improvements to enhance safety, efficiency, yield, and inspection methods.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace following the 6S methodology.

Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is advantageous.
  • Ability to interpret blueprints and inspect components according to specifications.
  • Understanding of CPKs and the ability to implement proper process modifications.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Basic computer proficiency and mathematical skills.
