Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage a diverse portfolio of commercial lines accounts, ensuring all client expectations are met.
- Facilitate the renewal and sale of insurance policies, negotiating favorable terms with clients and carriers.

- Provide management with regular updates on sales performance, client feedback, and market insights.
- Engage in ongoing education in insurance and sales practices.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the insurance sector, particularly in commercial lines.
- Demonstrated experience as an Account Manager or similar role, showcasing strong judgment and problem-solving skills.
- Expertise in risk assessment, insurance underwriting, and account management.
- In-depth knowledge of commercial insurance products and underwriting standards.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
- Proven ability to manage multiple accounts while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong negotiation and presentation capabilities.
- Ability to analyze sales performance metrics effectively.
- Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in MS Office applications.
- A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
- Relevant insurance certifications (CIC, CRM, CPCU) are advantageous.
