Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of client accounts, providing exceptional service and support to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, producers, and internal stakeholders to drive business growth and profitability.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends and developments, identifying opportunities to expand client relationships and increase revenue.
- Process and manage client transactions, including binders, policies, endorsements, and cancellations.
- Review and validate client applications, renewals, and endorsements to ensure accuracy and compliance with underwriting guidelines.
- Maintain accurate records and suspense systems for client transactions, ensuring timely invoicing and premium finance agreements.
- Collaborate with the accounting department to ensure accurate posting of client monies and resolve any invoicing discrepancies.
Requirements:
- Florida 4-40 License (minimum requirement) with ability to obtain Florida 2-20 P&C License promptly.
- 2+ years' experience as an account manager specializing in commercial insurance.
- Strong technical knowledge of coverage in all commercial lines insurance policy forms, rating, and exposure analysis.
- Superior computer skills and full command of Microsoft Office products and electronic document management solutions.
