Position Summary:

As the Project Manager for Willow Kids, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Willow Kids Central Team in their mission to equip and resource the various campus teams. Your expertise in organization and process management will be essential in establishing and maintaining systems that enhance the Central Team's operations. This role will also involve developing support mechanisms for key operational areas such as Safety, Budgeting, Communication, and Event Planning for the Willow Kids Campus Teams.

Compensation:

The salary for this position ranges from $47,000 to $64,000, contingent upon experience and qualifications. Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the creative process and resource management conducted by the Willow Kids Central Team across all campuses, ensuring structured timelines and efficient project execution for all Central initiatives, including weekend programming.
  • Maintain and update essential operational documents, including budgetary guidelines, safety protocols, and staff handbooks, to ensure the effective functioning of the WK Central Team.
  • Facilitate clear communication between the Willow Kids Central Team and campus teams, as well as with other support ministries, to enhance process clarity and operational effectiveness.
  • Represent the interests of Willow Kids on strategic committees for special initiatives, including Compassion & Justice, Impact Weekends, and Outreach Projects.
  • Assist campus teams in executing special events by coordinating communication, providing guidance, and ensuring the desired quality and outcomes.
