The Referral Associate role is a vital position within NYCHA REES, responsible for facilitating connections between residents and local resources. Main Objectives:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with NYCHA residents, delivering tailored support and guidance.
- Establish effective communication channels, leveraging the REES Hotline to promote accessibility and understanding.
- Foster collaboration with internal teams, guaranteeing accurate data entry, record-keeping, and adherence to NYC policies.
- Validate tenancy status for NYCHA residents, streamlining access to REES services and programs.
- Serve as a key point of contact for REES Zone Partners, promoting partnerships and collaborations.
