Resident Services Manager:

The Spring Creek Towers is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Resident Services Manager to join our team. As a Resident Services Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the housing voucher program, including monitoring accounts, reconciling discrepancies, and communicating with tenants and agencies.

About the Role:
- Manage all aspects of the housing voucher program, including monitoring accounts, reconciling discrepancies, and communicating with tenants and agencies.
- Collaborate with property managers and maintenance teams to ensure timely subsidy payments and resolve HQS violations.
- Maintain accurate records and reports, including spreadsheets and financial statements.
- Provide excellent customer service to residents, responding to their concerns and inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in affordable housing or a related field.
- Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required.
- Section 8, Fair Market, Section 236, and Mitchell Lama housing experience required.
- Microsoft Office and computer proficiency required.
- Ability to work well under pressure and maintain professionalism in high-stress situations.
