This role is responsible for maintaining a safe, welcoming, clean, and supportive environment for residents in supportive housing buildings. The successful candidate will have experience working with low-income and special needs populations, as well as a strong understanding of leasing compliance and property management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage vacancy rates and collaborate with clinical staff.">
  • Ensure timely completion of lease renewal notifications and annual documents.">
  • Collect rent and communicate with funders and landlords.">
  • Work with programs to help clients reduce arrears and maintain financial stability.">
  • Provide customer service to residents and prospective tenants.">

Requirements:

  • ">
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.">
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience working with low-income and special needs populations.">
  • Prior experience with leasing compliance, property management, and supportive or transitional housing.">
  • Working knowledge of Low-Income Housing Tax Credits, Section 8, and other relevant laws and regulations.">
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.">
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.">

Salary and Benefits:

The estimated salary range for this role is $27.47 - $32.96 per hour, based on location and industry standards. Lantern Community Services offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
